We ship with known domestic carriers so you can rest assured that your order will be delivered safely, on time and securely. We will also track your order for free once it has been shipped.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Exchanges are always free! Wear it for 14 days and If you don’t love it, returns are simple
No refunds or exchanges can be given on items order which have been made to your specification, made to measure items.

For hygiene reasons, shapewears cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty.
​
Gift cards/ eGiftcards/ vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Returned items which are not in a new or unused condition may not be fully credited to your account unless they are faulty
​
This does not affect your right to return faulty items.
